I bought a fan with a 2 year warranty off hg hydroponics

    I bought a fan with a 2 year warranty off hg hydroponics it ran for 4 weeks and then burnt out I contacted to return i was informed i would have to return to them they in turn would return to suppliers and would only then issue a new one if it could not be fixed no refund they received the return Wednesday 30/08/17 i tracked the return I am waiting to be contacted about this return 3 days later

    I will give them a week then contact pay pal resolutions i was under the impression I was buying direct from one established company with usual decent customer service normally the pay pal payment option on a site is confirmation of this or at least that was what i believed not so sure now as this company on further investigation is a tiny unit on an industrial estate and has so many terrible reviews I will not take the pay pal sign on sites as a thumbs up in future and will check them out first avoid these people so many honest decent company's out there this is not one

    in regards to your long reply i never stated i bought the fan 4 weeks ago but used for only four weeks i have had no other advice communication regarding reciept etc l until you saw this review your addressing my review but not to confirm receipt of my return or status of replacement /repair and i am used to much better customer service than this

    Yet another ripped off customer who sadly used Hg-Hydroponics and had problems. WARNING AVOID THIS Hydroponic shop online folks or get ripped off, conned or scammed. Read my customer complaints I have collected and shared for years. Link Click here

    PS feel free to copy and paste/share or provide a link to the list of complaints for others to read before they get ripped off just we all to have been.

    By the way Stephen T, the guy do try and repair good himself first, than if he fails it gets replaced. Sadly he will try and send 2nd hand replacements and ONLY as a last resort will he replace it with a new one. He is a con man 100%

    You will not believe the BS he tell people in emails or on the phone. Or his wife do.
